Casazela is a Real Estate Property and Asset Management company which specialises in the active management of real estate assets, as well as providing sales and marketing services focused on Commercial (i.e. Office, Retail, Industrial and Land) Real Estate.

In addition to our core Sales and Property Management services, through our established networks of local service providers, our teams are able to arrange and co-ordinate various complementary Real Estate services for clients including facility management, legal, financial, tax, technical as well as design and engineering services, therefore we are in a position to provide a comprehensive scope of services.

In Prague, APS Real Estate & Casazela were the development managers of the Savoy Apartments projects which entails the complete reconstruction of the roof space of a historical building located in a prime city centre location which will ultimately comprise four exclusive apartments with a total floor area of over 564 sqm. The newly created apartments are intended for rental with the main aim of the project being to target long term modest capital growth.
