The real estate in question is a residential space in the center of Podgorica. In the immediate vicinity are the headquarters of commercial banks, foreign companies, businesses, restaurants, cafes and other business and residential buildings. The primary school and kindergarten are in the immediate vicinity of the location. The building is made of reinforced concrete, built in the mid-1970s, built as a residential and business building, basement, ground floor and five floors. Parking space is located on the south-courtyard side of the building.

We currently do not have physical access to the facility, the eviction process is underway.
