Predmetna zgrada se nalazi u naselju Luke Ivaniševića, u severoistočnom delu grada. Tačnije, predmetna zgrada se nalazi na cca. 300 m severno od gradskog stadiona, u

Neposredna blizina Mojkovačke ulice – sjeverna gradska obilaznica. Ispred zgrade je obezbeđeno dovoljno otvorenog parkinga.

 

The subject property represents three bedroom apartment unit located in a multi-storey residential

building with UG+GF+2+Attic structure. The apartment is located in the attic and comprised of 3

bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room, living room, kitchen and alcove. Total area of the apartment is

approx. 120 sq. m, however due to the sloped ceiling and limited floor to ceiling height, it has net

usable area of 84 sq. m. According to the relevant cadastral evidence subject apartment is recorded

as a special part no. 25 in the building no. 12, cadastral parcel no. 2113/1.

Subject building has older construction date, however the attic area was adapted and renovated during 1997. There is no elevator in the building. We were not able to inspect the property internally, however according to the provided information we assumed the subject apartment unit is in good general condition and characterized by medium quality of finishing works.

The subject building is located in Luke Ivanisevica neighbourhood, in the north-eastern part of the city. More precisely, subject building is located at approx. 300 m north from the city stadium, in the

immediate vicinity of Mojkovacka Street – northern city bypass road. Sufficient open parking is provided in front of the building.
